The Niss’s currently plan to have the historic ’70s ranch house ready for rental sometime in late 2024. The log interior ranch house is 3-bedroom and 2-bath and has been completely updated with new appliances, quartz countertops and island, luxury vinyl flooring, and alder wood doors and trim. The ranch comfortably sleeps 6 in the 3-bedrooms with a pull-out sleeper/sofa in the great room.

A trademark of the historic RimRock ranch house is the massive and unique petrified wood fireplace and the interior ponderosa pine logs and slabs that came directly from the ranch.
